mailing-list changes, VIA networks sponsored apsfilter.org domain

Hi !

Thanks to VIA networks, especially Bernd Walter, the apsfilter
project got the domain apsfilter.org sponsored.

The apsfilter mailing-lists will get the new domainname now.

I don't expect any inconveniances, but if you use procmail
to postprocess your mailinglist-traffic, you should change
your ruleset a bit to reflect reality.
