apsfilter V6

Hi !

Matej is working like hell on apsfilter version 6, which is basically
"his baby". Its a cool rewrite of apsfilter with same old functionality
and enhancements.

Today we got it managed to get this new developer version working
on FreeBSD and hopefully on *BSD.

Currently Matej adds more supported filetypes. See his committs on
the apsfilter-cvs mailinglist.

Expect more changes in apsfilter-current the next days.
We want to expand Class support (get rid of raw printer) and
want to expand the use of config files in the spooldir.

Finally we want to remove the symlinks to bin/apsfilter and
maybe rename the spooldirs a little bit.

Basically cleanups of grown things that doesn't need to be there.

Thanks for Matej for all the good work and the people on the
FreeBSD developer list for lots of good ideas.
