new apsfilter v 6.1.0

Dear apsfilter customers,

the apsfilter developement team proudly presents apsfilter 6.1.0.
Everything from the developement branch has been merged into the
stable branch. The result is a new stable version with many bugfixes,
new features and lot of code improvements.

www.linuxprinting.org rated apsfilter as probably the best 3rd
party printing solution for non PS printer currently available,
see the news entry on http://www.apsfilter.org/

Good news is, that we have a handbook now in HTML format. Michael
Lossin was so kind to write one. Expect some of the ASCII files
to vanish in the future, we only want to support one source of
information.

Many thanks to Michael Lossin for his excellent work and support
on the mailinglists over the last year and for all the other
contributors, which are mentioned in the ANNOUNCE file, I hope I
didn't forget any.
