If we would have time (and interest) the work would have been done already. Michael has no interest and I have no time. Do you have interest to join the project and write apsfilter docu in HTML ? The task coulf be split in two parts: a) make a skeleton, how the manual should look like in section / subsection and subsubsection (I was a TeXie in former times ;-) b) code this skeleton in HTML c) fill in the gaps Hopefully more people jump in ...
