Copyright Terms

First off, God bless you folks!

However, to me, it doesn't appear that the terms of the Copyright are
mentioned without downloading.  After I did download, I found
/usr/local/share/apsfilter/COPYRIGHT.  It seems to infer that APSFILTER
is covered by GPL.

Then, after reading LICENSE, I found out APSFILTER is covered by the
``Postcard License.''

The bottom line is that I am extremely pleased (regardless of GPL vs.
PCL (?))!  . . . but it took me a while to find out if there was a ball
and chain attached to Apsfilter.

What I would like to kindly request, is an item such as ``License''
added to the ``Apsfilter Stuff'' section of the homepage.

Again, God bless you folks.  My postcard will be on its way once I get
things figured out.
