Not quite: the pips "drivers" are actually filters.

Actually, the ghostscript binary probably doesn't have to
be enhanced, since the pips "drivers" take PNG output from
gs (via the png16m, pnggray and pngmono drivers).

I'm pretty sure any sensible package creator has already
included these (since it's the default anyway).
