"Fake" duplex printing only works with local printers; network
access might be possible, although I haven't tried that.

It's very important to enter the command exactly as it is displayed.
Tabs/spaces might be a problem here... :-(

Sorry, but I can't reproduce this.

Maybe you could save the mail to disk, edit the text file so
there's just the 'echo ...' line remaining (it should be just
one line, no line breaks) and call that file with
"sh foobar". If that still doesn't work, we're in trouble...
