  Log:
          - manpage cleanups, update BUGS and USER FORUM section
          - include in all manpages BUGS, DOCUMENTAION and USER FORUM
            section from apsfilter(1) manpage, to guide people more
            to "do the right thing(tm)".
          - doc/Makefile is missing a RM define
          - on a make clean we shouldn't remove handbook.html since
            we have handbook.html under CVS control and distribute it
            with the apsfilter sources. And we need it for toplevel
            Makefile's "install:" target !
