smbprint and apsfilter

Hi!

I would like to print to a printer attached to a windows box from linux with
apsfilter. Now, I managed to print clear text to the printer, but I would
like to use apsfilter, too, as the printer is not a Postscript one. The
samba doc sais that I should add the smbprint script to the if= value in
printcap, but I should add here the apsfilter's line, too. I tried to use
the pipe ( | ) to use both, but lpd does not accept it. I found on the web
site of apsfilter that it supports smbprint, but there is not any
information about how.

Someone knows the solution?
