finding setup file

i know this is gonna sound lame, but i can't find the file. i use free
bsd and it installed apsfilter from the ports collection, but i don't
know where. i can't find the SETUP file to run. anyone else out there
using freeBSD that might know where the hide things like this? i just
started using unix and freebsd maybe a month ago.
