| apsfilter V5.4.2 -- HP 4050 (PS) doesn't print the last page |
Hello,
I have a problem with HP 4050 duplex printing. I have created 2 printers
in /etc/printcap, one with
HARDWARE_DUPLEX=""
DUPLEX=""
and another with
HARDWARE_DUPLEX=set
DUPLEX=set
If I switch on/off the printer and then first use it in simplex mode
everything is going fine. But once I use it in dupolex mode it stucks in
it for all further printing tasks. Moreover, it prints only even number of
pages in duplex mode, and if I send odd number it does not print the last
page but waits for another one page.
As I understand, the problem is in passing escape characters. How can I do
it properly?
Thanks,
Alex
