If some ps filter only generate Level2, we'd need a level2 -> 1 
converter ... don't know if such a best is available ...

Somebody with some sparetime around to dig into docu or
search at google (www.google.com) if there is a converter
available ???

Perhaps take a look at www.apsfilter.org's link page, there
are some links concerning postscript ...
