Printing FAX/TIFF documents

Hello,

    I'm printing FAXes via HylaFAX to the Apsfilter(lpr FILENAME).  For only
one page this works great and the page has the FAX information across the
top.  However if I print more than 1 page it only prints out the first page.
I can convert the FAX (tiff2ps) to ps first and then send it to the
Apsfilter, but I do not get the FAX information on the top of the FAX.

    I have looked on both Apsfilter and HylaFAX's sites for similar
problems, but I did not find anything.  All so I tried to figure out which
filter is being used, but could not tell.

    Apsfilter makes my life easy.
