Printing Problem

Hello!!
I have a printer attached to my windows 98 machine
which is on the LAN and I want to print from my
freebsd machine on that printer.
My configurations are
Windows 98 machine name:Server
IP of Server is 192.168.0.2
Workgroup is Workgroup

I setup my printer by apsfilter and installed the
driver cdj670 as my printer is HP DeskJet 670C.

Strange things is I can take the test print from
apsfilter and when I continue with the configurations
and execute a command let' say:
lpr /etc/ppp/ppp.conf it says jobs could not be
printed.

Pls advise soon.
