I use by default not "reply to all" since in most (of my) cases I don't want to bore the other
recipients with my opinion, and most of the lists I'm subscribed to carry a "Reply to" field in
their header.
If I do this (and I do so always) for the apsfilter-help list I usually fail because I recognise
- if at all - just after sending my mail that the reply goes to only one person.
Since there is no "Reply to" field it goes to the "From" address.
Then I have to send it again to the list.

Please add that "Reply to" field!
