| text files problem FreeBSD 4.3 with apsf 6.1 |
Hello Apsfilter! Have been your avid fan since migrating to GNU/Linux 2.5 years ago. Until now apsf has always working perfectly. Have installed FreeBSD 4.3 on a notebook, then apsf 6.1. Printer is HP2000C on /dev/lpt0. Used cdjcolor (hpdj gave no colors on test print). The test print was perfect and apsf defined 2 printers, lp and raw1 (4 on Linux). Graphics printing from X works like a charm but, alas (sob), text files cause the printer to load paper, cough, stop and print the following message in "staircase" after pushing the ff button: Error: /typecheck in --closefile-- Operand stack: --nostringval-- () Execution Suggestions? Greetings, Lucien
