This is an error message from ghostscript, but without a detailed
log it's impossible to tell whether this was caused by an invalid
PostScript output created by a2ps (or similar), or whether this
happened due to some problem with pipe contruction.

Please refer to the appropriate section in the handbook to see
how to create a useful log.
