I assume you've installed PCL3 into GS.  It's a separate program 
that can be added to gs.  I tried version 7.0 (experimental) of 
apsfilter and it simply did not work.  I had to go back to 
6.1.1.  Even then (using gs 6.51) I had to modify apsfilterrc 
for GS_FEATURES and then put some tags into the printcap file 
(re-run apsfilter and pay close attention to the format used to 
print the Test page -- copy those into printcap, set up an alias 
for gs or use COAS (if you're using KDE).
