-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 LinuxPrinting lists the above printer as Perfectly supported by apsfilter running under stp compiled into Ghostscript. On the information page for the Epson 777 (aka 680 in Europe), it lists an ESP Ghostscript (version 5.50.1) as precompiled with support for the 777. However, using that version with apsfilter 6.0 produces an option for 777 (no 680) using stp and complains that ghostscript has no support for stp. When I looked for stp, I find the site is non-existent. Neither the apsfilter nor the ghostscript site has a link that finds stp, and a search for stp (using six search engines) fails to turn it up. Either the Epson 777 (and all other stp printers) should be listed as unsupported or something else is needed. Supposedly the uniprint driver also works, but that option does not exist for the 777 (or anywhere else, so far as I can find). Does anyone know how to get apsfilter to work with this printer? - -- Robert Black Eagle Bus Site: http://www.desertsilver.com Keep Private Mail Private: PGP or GNUPG Fix YOURSELF: http://www.hamr.com -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE7mMontjSYKkYJrmcRAs7kAJ9oAaKXcGiuzROC1JUr8GBneRSL/wCeLy/L GlCRBgBKjTpXZN4zSNCYGIY= =MQbG -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
