Well, a good strategy for a first time user (on a "first time OS" so to say "fresh installed") would certainly be choosing to overwrite his printcap what apsfilters SETUP already offers. BTW, exactly for that reason FreeBSD has 2 commented out printcap example entries, since this _has_ to be customized by a user / admin. On the other hand it would not be a big deal to modify SETUP, to check, if printcap already has a default printer installed. egrep "^lp|" /etc/printcap I will add this to the TODO list.
