Epson Color Stylus 680

I am trying to set up apsfilter with my new Epson Color Stylus 680 and
really not having a lot of success.
I have got it working with gimp-print and the images are great but when
running ./SETUP no matter which gs I tried I failed to get a test
printout.
I have tried gs 5.50, 6.50, 6.51 and 7.0 and now am just a little
confused.
Suggestions please and maybe also a suggestion as to a URL to get the
correct ghostscript for I think that this is the problem. ie I have used
the incorrect ghostscripts.
