Well, the checks in apsfilters SETUP are obviously only done to make
sure, that users don't use a too old version of gs.

I accept your message as a little complain about, that apsfilters
SETUP is not up to date ...

But with little knowldege of shells scripting language you should
be able to "hack" SETUP to accept gs7 until the real fix/update comes.
