problem with hpdj(?)

Hi,
I have just updated my ghostcript to 6.5, and that was the time when my
hp2500cm stopped printing. I suspect it's because hpdj, the gs-driver
apsfilter was using, is not included in this gs distribution for a
god-knows-why reason. is that the problem? if yes, how do i include the
newest hp2500cm driver(?) into gs? if not, what's the problem? i am
using suse linux 7.2.
