that wouldn't hurt IMHO, as new users not knowing a2ps so well would
then see through the default apsfilterrc that there *is* a delegation-
option to a2ps, leading them to a2ps's manpage, if they don't know it, 
and in case they'd ever want to actually enable it.

instinctively, when I say '-Z ascii', I'd expect an output just like
other plain text files to be the default, yes.
