Setting margin for 3-Hole Punch Paper 

Support,

  In an older version of a2ps I was able to set the margin to skip over
the 3-hole punches.  Using the latest version I have not been able to
find a way to do this.  My current a2ps options are:

 --portrait --borders=yes --truncate-lines=yes --font-size=8
 --columns=1 --no-page-prefeed --highlight-level=none

Any help would be appreciated.  I am using 8-1/2 by 11 inch paper. 
Currently the border goes down the middle of the holes.
