Hi,

I have  MacOSX to print to my HP Laserjet 4L which is connected to a 
SUSE 7.3 machine.
Yes, I removed the SUSE filter and installed the apsfilter package.

However, I had trouble with the lprng, because it wouldnt print 
postscript files even from
the local machine.

It worked if I used the -Zauto option on lpr. So I updated the printcap 
entry with
append_z=auto

Now PS files print from remote and local.
