This error is emitted by ghostscript, and I assume the
PostScript code is corrupted/buggy in a certain way.

Are you able to view the PostScript file with gs/gv?

If not, maybe you can make it accessible for us (if
it's not too big, post it here) so we can see for
ourselves what might be wrong.
