apsfilerrc Margin commandline

Hi,

  Still trying to sort out the margins thing.  The readme
is very unclear.  I need an example of a margins setting 
in the apsfilterrc file to straighten out a page.  Please
do not refer me to the readme or rtfm because I have and
it is unclear.  Look at www.theramp.net/~ksaves2/example.jpg
to see what I mean.
  Public postings get replies like, "You should use CUPS."
which is even more confusing.  One thing that is really weird is
that printing from Mozilla leads to a centered page.  Something is
co-apting the printer commandline.
