.apsfilterrc margins help?

Hi,

  Has anyone out there had margin problems too?  Have had difficulties
and am having a hard time adjusting the margins.  The Readme is 
very cryptic and to be quite honest, is very poor.
  I am using a Slack 8.0 and 8.1 systems with a LJ5N printer.
An example of the problem is at:

The top margin is cutoff and the whole page is shifted upwards.
If anyone has had this kind of problem and remedied it, I could
probably sort the trouble out if they would send me a copy of 
their apsfilterrc file so I could use it to help me decipher the
problem.  Would probably help me even if their printer is different.

  It is interesting to note that Mozilla co-apts the apsfilterrc file
and prints out very well formatted pages.  I can't figure out how this
is occurring as I made absolutely no changes to the stock Mozilla.
