Install a 2nd printer using SETUP.
Name is irrelevant, but feel free to name the printer/queue 'raw'.

Then change the default printing method in the printer specific
apsfilterrc config file which is usually under
/usr/local/etc/apsfilter/name/apsfilterrc

from:
	METHOD='auto'
to:
	METHOD='raw'

That should do the trick.
