Dear Apsfilter, Concerning my Apple LaserWriter NT, I am able to configure it so that it has the following settings: Data Transfer Rate: 9600 Parity Check No Number of Data bits 8 Stop bits 1 Handshake DTR (Hardware) Mode: PostScipt Batch Mode. I'll play around with this, but concerning the apsfilter setup program, I have doubts that the program will be able to determine that a specific printer can print only PostScript level 1 when the printer name isn't specified until after the printing of a test page is attempted.
